I REALLY like this phone
Previous was a Razr M, and could have been happy with that for the next 5 years. But, contract was up and Verizon re-priced their plans so what the hay.
Nice app in the Google store to swap phone data (SIM cards are smaller (nano) in the new HTC than the Razr), a visit to Google Play to refresh my apps, and I've been good to go since day 1.
Extra apps/bloatware not used, needed, or even want to SEE, but I had that with the Razr, too. Not as big as the HTC phablet, but a good hand-feel to it. Seamless transition, and I'm happy.
Pros: fast - data, bluetooth, SMS; great camera, fun "selfie" mode, easy phone transfer
Cons: Nobody older than 35 needs "Highlights" and "Zoe" apps, micro usb input is much more difficult to connect that the Motorola; feel like I'm going to break it eventually.
