OnePlus 3T
Phone Scoop Review
Dec 8, 2016 by Eric M. Zeman
This unlocked Android smartphone from OnePlus is an excellent handset for the contract-averse. OnePlus took its excellent flagship phone from earlier this year and improved it with a round of fresh components under the hood. The result makes the OnePlus 3T one of the best phones available right now. Here is Phonescoop's full report. read review ›

OP3T
I have had my OP3T for over 4 months, had no problems with it, and runs as well if not better then when I first purchased it, probably do to OTA's to 7.1.1/
1, Shipping was fast, got the phone in 5 or 6 days after I ordered it. I bought the Gunmetal color in 128GB. I ordered my OP3T on the same day as I ordered my Google Home, which took a week longer to get. Initially was set on getting the Pixel XL, which was and still is near impossible to get through the Play Store.
2. Phone is fast, and comes with little to no bloatware. If you are upset that it's a full HD and not QHD, then it's on you, the screen is great, with good sunshine visibility and no problems with viewing angles. While I do have a daydream headset, I have never used it with this device. My daughter has an Axon 7, and i works fine with that.
3. The Dash Charger is fast, and the phone does not get even warm during charge. I have used a standard charger with standard usb c cable, and while no where near as fast, will still charge the device quite fine. I do use a standard car charger with cable while using Waze, and it keeps the phone topped up, and only gets slightly warm.
4. Price is great, free shipping and no sales tax, which came to $566.95 which included the OP3T, Karbon protective case, an extra Dash Wall Charger with an Extra Dash Type C cable, a tempered glass screen protector and One Plus Bullets V2 ear buds. All of which except for the screen protector are excellent.

5. The Camera is very good but not excellent. Samsung and the Pixel XL has it beat there. But it is capable of making excellent shots. Sound as in the speakers, are OK and not great. The Axon is better in this area. I listen to very little music on the speaker, and only really use it for phone calls and it servers well.
I would buy this phone again, even over the Pixel XL and not just because of cost. There is a large development community and the phone is easy to root and easy to unlock the bootloader.
