My wife and Son both have this phone. They have been using it for almost 6 months now. This is one of the best phones that we have ever had. It does just about everything that you could ask of a cell phone.
Pro's
Great Battery Life almost 8 hrs of Talk Time
Great Reception (Cellular One) Western PA
Calls are Loud and Clear
Flip open Keyboard Great for Text msg's
Durability
Bluetooth
Innovative Menu button
Blackberry Push Email
I could go on and on about the Pro's as there are too many to list
There are just a few con's that come to mind
Cons's
no MP3 Ringtones
Limited Memory
This phone would have been a 5 hands down if it were not for the limited memory I can deal with the ringtones as you can record your own on the phone. If you are looking for a great phone look no further.

I just got this phone yesterday and I love it!
Pros:
Easy to use
Qwerty keyboard makes texting fast and simple
Reception is great and stock headset sounds crystal clear according to my old lady.
Cons:
The only con I have for this phone would be that the email and instant messanger is difficult to set up.
But other than that, it is a solid phone with many features that allows you to just carry this tiny phone(it is alot smaller than I thought) and not lug blackberries or PDA's or laptops around with you. If you buy this phone I know you will be satisfied!
Awesome phone
Hi,
I got this phone on the web and have been using it with Cingular. I was able to setup blackberry service and it works great. I don't have lug that horrible RIM phone around anymore. I can make and receive calls much easier now. The phone has good features like bluetooth and edge. Nokia has made this product based on the 6820, and they upgraded the display and camera.
