Where have all the customers that complain gone? That's the only thing I like on here is that I can bad mouth them and they don't know who I am. 😈

i guess our customer service really has gotten better since it has been out sorced to ibm.

i for one am very glad sprint out sorced there call centers. the sprint call centers were full of worthless people who were just there to collect a pay check. since the out sorceing to ibm things have gotten much better. after all if they do not perform they do not get payed

I agree Steve. sprint's customer care as well as churn has been rapidly improving. it will improve even more when nextel will get involved.

out sorced? do you mean outsource?

nextel takes over? sprint is the one who is buying out nextel.

as for them helping out sprints customer care and churn i don't think it will make one difference what so ever

nextel knows very little about the consumer market. a huge portion of nextels clients are businesses that is what nextel does and that is why they are so profitable. but when it comes to consumers nextel has very little to offer.

from all the reports i have heard from consumers about nextel. they don't have very good customer service.

i am sure however that nextel has less churn then sprint but like i said sprint has a huge consumer baise that generates the vast majority of it's churn. nextel does not have that and does not have as much experiance with it...

it is actually a merger of equals but for finance sake and for the tax free spin off of sprint's local its sprint buying nextel. you have to understand one thing, most of nextel's top execs are staying and sprint's execs arent going to be staying. i can tell you that most of nextel employees will top sprint's. thats what i ment by taking over.

with the rest of what you said, it was pretty good and sound opinions.. i thank you.

i mean tim will be the chairman.

cfo, cto will be both nextel peoples which are extremly important. the others are important, but not as much.

most nextel employees will be over sprint employees.

regardless, it will be a strong company.

For you to imply that you have information to back up.......... "most nextel employees will be over sprint employees." is laughable. You can rest assured that none of this has been divulged to anyone but the highest placed execs. I'm quite comfortable in my assumption that you are not "up there", and that neither nextel or sprint are consulting with you before they make these decisions.

You often times contribute new and interesting info, so pl...

Well, sox fan, I was stating that Nextel employees, in my opinion, would be over sprint employees. There are a few reasons why...

Nextel's customer care is a lot better because they have a better churn as well as better wait times.

Nextel's tech support is also better then sprint's due to the same reason as well as with network quality ratings and things of that nature.

Nextel's field agents are better in my opinion, because they have to deal with a more vigorous process especially with a dead end technology that is very sophisticated.

I would say Nextel employees would be favorite over sprints.

my definition of churn would be that the customer would leave that carrier for another carrier. hence churn. or turn over. move from one to another.
