Question regarding the samsung a660...
I've had several customers return their phones due the time not updating when the phone is flipped open (i.e. the last time i opened the phone was 10:30, when i open it again at 1:30, the display reads 10:30)
is this an individual phone problem, or a problem with the series, or a setting on the phone?

if that is not the case then it is because they have the eagel as the background and you need to update the os.
all this stuff is under known issues in e-ticket. that is if you work for sprint
I'm going to chalk this one up to a design flaw in the phone. Should I send the customer to a local corp. store to have the firmware updated?
I don't work for sprint, but rather an indirect retailer. While Sprint isn't our most popular carrier, the a660 is our most popular phone for sprint.
