i just called customer service and talked to this rep and i was told that if i had further questions in regards to some usage in my account the only way to find out bout what was to go online, log in to view my account and check myself...i lied to her by telling her i didnt have access to a computer and the internet...and then she said.. "well you can always go to the library and ask for help" i mean...since when do cellphone companies send their customers to a public library to find out bout their bills? and isn't it customer service "supposed" to provide help to their customers? this just made me realized how much more sprints sucks!!! 😡

Sorry...I'm not exactly sure what usuage that you wanted to find out about.

If you are looking to find out about the amount of minutes (Anytime, Nights & Weekends, PCS-PCS) you have used you can look at www.sprintpcs.com or dial *4 from your Sprint PCS Phone.

If you are looking for the amount of text messages you have used, the only way I know of is to look online.

Sprint should send you a detailed bill every month in the mail. The bill should let you know your months usage amounts and display costs for your plan and each feature on it along with additional charges for extra minutes and/or roaming.

If I'm not answering your question, please post back and explain a little more in detail your problem...I'm here to help! 🙂

Hmmm - I don't know about checking the usage - but I would suggest keeping a close eye on your bill.

Verizon - at one point in time - was sending all of their customers in CA (if memory serves) 4 txt messages a month. This information was hidden on the bill - so that - it could not be discovered. Needless to say it was unethical and eventually discovered - then taken to a court of law.

Go go corporate America.

Everytime I get a Sprint bill it tells me all of my charges. It is very well detailed. I am sorry that you got a bad Sprint Rep but I have always had good luck with Sprint. I am very happy with them and have 100% customer satisfaction. I do however want the new Samsung A800

Interesting. According to Sprint's T&C's they say:

Your invoice will not separately identify the number of kilobytes attributable to your use of specific sites, sessions, or services.

Those are very important details I would imagine.

That sounds like to me that they won't tell you how many Kb you used at one specific site on PCS Vision or at any particular moment. They will just tell you how many Kb you used for the month.

Exactly. So who is to say they don't add KB to your bill without you knowing. Would you really be able to tell if they added on say an extra 100KB or more?

Unless you have some form of application - not sure they are even available - that monitors the traffic for your device - Sprint could charge you whatever they wanted - and you would be none the wise.

Also - Sprint could send you traffic (similiar to Verizon) and you would be obligated to pay for it.

no no no you aren't understanding.

On the bill it will say that you used 100KB if you didn't use vision then you know that you didn't use an KB.

if ur looking for details of a ringtone u purchased then it will show up on ur next invoice. now if u bought the ringtone in ur current bill cyc then the haven't technically billed u for it yet. basically, u can't dispute a charge that they haven't charged u for yet.
