My company has come to the end of our Sprint contract and we are not sure if we want to stay. We are looking at VZ mostly due to equipment pricing. How is their customer service? Do you get the runaround when trying to get a phone repaired? How is their billing, accurate or always needing corrections? We understand that every carrier will have problems, but the sales people give you fantasy answers and I am looking for reality to make our decision. Anyone have any major negative experiences with VZ?
What are the positives about VZ and what are the negatives about VZ?

Purchasing a new iphone on my wifes line. I want to swap it to my line that has unlimited data on it. What procedure would I follow to retain unlimited data on my line

I am at the point of upgrading - however I cannot decide between the two phone; Galaxy III and the RAZR MAXX HD. They both appeal to me and here is the positives that I have heard about the RAZR:

1) The antenna is way better on the RAZR - fair better than the III.

(This is the selling point at this point - there is nothing more fustrating then having no signal.)

2) The battery life on the RAZR is far supreme.

(Which is expected as this is the selling point to this phone).

I am being told that nothing can compare to Motorola's antennas - which makes sense as they are big in the communication business. (LE, Fire, etc)

Soooooo - what I am wanting to ask everyone - is the antenna that much better?

When i try to bill google play apps to Verizon bill it does not give me the option. If it does, it gives me an error can't connect to server. Any body else having this problem?

I just figured that once I add a new phone to my account it will automatically make me choose a new shared data plan?

My carrier is Verizon. I have the Iphone 4. Has poor reception where I live. Have swapped it out 3 or 4 times now. So I'm looking at the Samsung Galaxy S III and the Motorola DROID RAZR HD or the MAXX HD.. Looking for input.

So in two weeks my contract is up with Tmobile. I didn't really like the coverage very much. My device is crap too. I had the G2 which was a pretty good phone until it ended up in a cup of water. They sent me a myTouch slide, AND I HATE IT!!! I used to have at&t for like 8 years and really liked it but it was a little pricey. Before that I had sprint back in the roaming days and it did all the time. I was thinking about switching to verizon and getting and Iphone, but the salesperson at Verizon was telling me about the GalaxyIII so now I'm torn.. Any feedback would be great. I don't use my phone for work or load movies , pretty much just the basics, text, calls, internet ya know..

So right now the undisputed king of phones for Verizon is the Galaxy S III? I am not including the iPhone cause frankly I don't drink Apple Juice

Any Android phones coming SOON that have Push to Talk and LTE? The CASIO G'zOne Commando is an ok phone but no LTE. My company is going with this phone and I'm heart broken.

What phone will give me the best reception in rural areas? Combine that with the best camera and I am sold!

Hit the verizon store today..it looks retarded IMO I think they made a mistake not going wider. It just looks stupid. I know some consider it an engineering marvel and all, but it just looks off to me.

Anyone else feel the same way?
