Hi,
I bought this phone used & locally from a private party.

It is for Cricket. I still have 2 months left on my tmobile contract. So when my contract with tmobile expires, I MIGHT decide to switch to cricket, or another carrier.

I know the vitality works cause it is in pristine condition.
I have been using the wifi too.

But even though I got the phone with the previous owners info erased, there is something that was not erased.
It is his former phone number in the settings part
(about phone>status>my phone number).

I redid a reset on the phone myself but it wont clear out his former phone number.
So in the event that I choose to stay with tmobile longer, I may end up selling this phone. But, whether I keep it or sell it, ...

Lately i have noticed that my samsung galaxy s2 internet Brower has been crashing. Malware? Virus? I checked my device memory and cleared all that. Thought that might be it but its still happening. Any virus program that's worths its value on play market? Anyone else have a similar problem lately? Thanks in advance.

I have an iphone 3gs that has an at&t sim and was able to get internet while around a wifi signal was in the apple store. Not sure why it said sim not found and how I still got the internet but as soon as I turned off wifi i got no internet. I have straight talk from walmart for service they said I need another at&t sim card for this microsoft os phone for which he admitted they had no documentation on. Are they only trying to get me to buy another at&t sim card specific to the phone as bs or are they right and what are my next steps? Please I am not a techie so please give very simple explanation Thank you!

The manual says cards of < 64gb can be used. On the newegg site I was looking at a 64 gb sandisk. Under reviews several users said they were using it with the Samsung Galaxy SIII. Of course

I have had my Tab 2 for less than a week and since it has ICS and an internal memory is there anyway to do apps2sd. I mean of the so-called 8 gigs only 4.6 are showing available for me to use! That's bogus as hell. I am thinking of returning it for a NEXUS 7

can anyone tell me how to take this phone off safe mode.. I have one that keeps going back to this and I have no clue how to fix it..when typing some letters another letter pops up (ie when I type a c and fc pops up) I have also noticed that the back and home buttons somtimes stop working.

Can the Samsung M370 Voice Recognition be turned on permanently so that it asks for a command every time the telephone is flipped open?

Thinking about doing so anyway. So questions I have, What would some pros and cons be? We are both, my wife and I, having numerous glitchy issues after many updates. The updates seem to make them worse and worse.
Would jailbreaking make them less glitchy and more stable?

I have a simple question which I hope has a simple answer-- is there a way to custom set notification sounds, ringtones, and other sounds on this phone? It's my first smart phone (yeah I know, I'm behind) and it seems like something pretty basic.

If it can only be done through an app can someone recommend a simple one? I really just want to be able to use my own wavs or mp3's. I did find an app which allegedly changes the ringtone but it only seems to do ringtones, and I'd rather something that let me add notification and ringtone sounds.

I have my phone service through Ntelos, but I purchased the Galaxy II S that was originally issued on the Sprint Network. I had the phone "flashed" and know I can use the phone on the Ntelos Network.

Here's my problem: I can only view streaming video's via Wi Fi. Has anyone experienced this problem? Is there a video application that will fix this issue?

Sprint, Ntelos and the company that flashed the phone were not helpfull.

Does anyone know if Samsung has previously made good quality microSD cards? Noting the newly advertised line of waterproof high performance microSD cards I am wondering if this is a new venture for them or if this product is something which they were know for in the past.

Also, is there any benefit to having a microSD card by the same manufacturer of one's device? I am awaiting delivery of a Galaxy S II.

Can anyone tell me if the Factor uses the micro memory card? Like the 2GB or 4GB

I just extended my contract on T-Mobile for two years since they gave me a discount on the Value plan but couldn't get a phone upgrade from them. Thinking about just buying the Samsung Galaxy SII somewhere. The T-Mobile guy told me that unless I buy it through them I won't have their 3G or 4G support. Is that really true? I'd rather not buy the phone through them if I don't have to but do want all the features offered.

Would appreciate any input on this.

I have Verizon wireless and am considering switching to Boostmobile. I am thinking to get the Samsung Galaxy Prevail. Does anyone here currently own one and using Boost Mobile and how do you like it? I would appreciate any feedback - both positive and negative - SINCERE REPLIES please.
