Is this phone a piece of **** or is it me...
My brand new USB cable will NOT let me connect to my PC. I had the i860 for 2 YEARS and NEVER once did I have a problem. THIS PHONE SUUUUUXXXX. Don'waste your money. It's brand new and FULL of BUGS. I am SO PISSED. I was looking so forward to getting it.

I Bluetooth connected it to my Mac in 10 seconds and moved a whole address book over-- with no cable. It seemlessly connects to the BT in my car and works flawlessly.
Problems may not be with the phone. Suggest you review the SW on your computer and try again.

I didn't expect mine to plug right in and work. The Bluetooth connection to my laptop is a little weird, and I couldn't move my address book over immediately, but I'm leaving a Bberry 7100 and didn't expect it to.
