Problem with uploading songs

When i click on a song and click 'to phone' it'll say 'invalid file'. what do i do to fix this problem? please help. Thanks

According to the manual the "MP3 bit rate is limited to 192 kbps". Are your files encoded higher than that, or maybe with a variable bit rate that sometimes shoots over 192 kbps?
If any Samsung rep is reading this, please, work on that firmware update!!!
