There is a new prl for this phone make sure they update it before you leave the sprint store. If you already own it call tech support and they'll push it to your phone.
just did it this morning. The guys at the sprint store will tell you that it's current but it's not

I have been hearing lots of bad feedback on this phone in 2 areas. Before I pick one up I was wondering if people here had heard the same.

The issues are:
1. Bluetooth Stereo only works for music not
videos and media player, ever sprint radio
2. Battery wallet make any bluetooth headset
sound bad unless held up to the head

hey, are you guys experiencing the same issue where if you get a text message it is the "Increasing from lower to louder volume"? Maybe it's just me but I'd prefer to have it just be loud and not do the lower to louder feature. Or at least have the option to change it. Also, I'm trying to hack the OS to let me change the larger screen quick links from the "Factory default" music ones.. If you guys are also trying let me know where you stand.... DL

The phone scoop spec list mentions text dictation. I have checked the manuals and searched the menu. I don't think this phone has this option. Can anyone confirm.

When power save mode is off... the screen on the phone side goes off (not dim) after 8 seconds (unless you set it otherwise). But once you turn on power save mode... the phone side's screen STAYS LIT... ALWAYS!! How is this saving my battery?

Anyone know how I can get my own ringtones on to this phone? What format, size...

The case that comes with the phone does not need to be open to talk. When you use the case with your phone you can leave it close and hear perfectly clear and vice versa, they can hear you clearly.

I just bought this phone. I love the functions but I just am not sure I will get used to anything but a clamshell phone. Does the music play output have the same quality? I'm talking about the headphone jack. Sounds decent on the 620 when hooked up to my truck, can i expect the same from the 610? I am not worried about using a few extra buttons to get to the player if it is the same thing. I also will most likley never have the wallet when I will actually need it so the 610 will be a bit more friendly in that aspect. Anyone know when telenav will be supported? Love the phone otherwise. I am really worried about ruining this screen, they did not put protection bumps so a grain of sand can ruin the screen.

1. Is there a way to access your text inbox from the phone screen. I know if you recieve a text you can respond from that screen... but I want to be able to just go to my inbox and reply there without fliping the phone. ☹️

2. One thing that annoys me is that the ringers dont start playing right away. It just vibrates... then is starts ringing very low and escalates to normal volume. 😢

How is the vibration on this phone? I currently have a motorola hollywood which has vibration like a razr, so it sucks

Does anyone know if it gets TeleNAV? The 610 does, so this should. That is the deciding factor for me to switch from my Fusic.

Ok I don’t know how many of you have ever owned the katana but is the 😕 😕 😕 😕 on the Samsung M620 (up Stage) the same because the katana did not get loud at all so I was wondering and while you are here tell me what you think I am debating the Samsung M610 or The M620 which one should I get? 😕 😕 😕 😕 😕 😕

... but how do you text message on it? do you just type on the back with out reading as you type? (not that i think i have to check every couple of letters to make sure i'm getting it right, it just seems illogical) i just don't see how that will work out for most cell users...

why are people buying this phone on ebay for more than $300 bucks when it retails in store without contract for $299. people are so wack.
