I use the calendar quite a bit and it defaults to alert in 15 minutes(plus other). Is there a shot cut to default to none (no notifications).

What's a good... freeeeee ringtone program that I can use on a vista computer? Bitpim doesn't work on my computer no matter how hard I try, and I can't find one that doesn't cost like $20. Any suggestions?

Does this phone have an external antenna port? I see a tab on the 360 view on Verizon that looks like the port may be under. I currently have the EnV in Orange and the port was under the 2.0 Megapixel tab. Thanks! 🙂

I am looking at buying an 8gb sdmicro SDHC card. However, I am told that I need to ensure my Env2 supports the new "SDHC" format first. Everything I read on the phone says, 8 gb (Transflash) sdmicro card. Does anyone know if the SDHC format is supported by this phone?

I've seen people that have just bought new env2 phones say they are coming loaded with V04 software that fixes some of the bugs.

Has anyone with the V03 phones been able to get the update from either FOTA or a store flashing?

I just got my env2 to say and both the internal and external screens seem to go bonkers if I accidentally press them together WHILE texting with the qwerty keyboard. I find it hard to believe that the phone is so sensitive. I'm getting ready to take it back to VZW.
Has anyone else had this problem? ☹️

How do I change the internet homepage on my EnV2?

Im sure this has been asked before... but how do the music downloaded ringers sound? Is it at least decent with the phone closed?

Since upgrading to v04 software didn't solve many problems does anyone know if 05 has been issued yet? I hate loosing notepad info.

I have several pics saved to the SD card, and they show up on my phone, however whenever I remove the SD card from the phone, the pics disappear. How do I save them to the phone? Thanks.

I want my inside ERI banner to have my e-mail addy instead of showing "Verizon". How can I change such when only options are "on" or "off"? I tried the "secret menu" ##77647269100, but did not find a menu option to change the message. Is there another "secret menu" where you can change the carrier's name banner? Thank you!

I have a question pertaining to v03 software vs. v04 software. My env 2 has v03 software and i also suffer from loss of notepad info. Verizon in an attempt to solve my problem suggested i go to the store and have v04 loaded into my phone. From what I read it sounds like that wont solve the problem. Is there any other reason to download v04. Thanks for your help. My phone knowlegde is minimal.

The secret menu code for the EnV2? i.e.: ##77647269100. One? when i enter in this code it asks for a "Service Code" What is this, and where do I find that. Also, Two? What is in the Secret Menus?

question on the env2
which i gave to my mom and she loves....

on the music player when she plays a song that wants she wants to repeat
there is a repeat button however when she presses it nothing happens and the song doesnt repeat.

Does anyone know how this "repeat" button is supposed to function. And how to get it to work properly?

😲 I looked thru the forums last night & was unable to find this problem addressed anywhere, but on my maroon env2 my saved pics from picture messages are as small as a postage stamp! This has been happening since day1. If I receive a pic message & click on the option to save pic to phone, & then go to my pics, I have this tiny little pic on this nice big screen! Even if I select full view from the options it stays the same size! Very annoying! When they 1st come in with the pic message they are the right size, but as soon as I save it to my pics, then it downsizes to a postage stamp size! I live 2 hrs from the nearest Verizon store so I haven't been able to take it in yet, but tech support has said it's the other person's phone resolution o...

heard a rumor from someone that they will be releasing a PINK env2...can anyone confirm this? I VERY recently purchased the pink venus, & really am not too happy with it, i'd really like to move up & get a phone with a qwerty keybaord...so hopefully someone can confirm or deny the pink env2 gossip???
