I've noticed a lot more issues. Here's ther collective list.

1. same speaker/crackle prob. i'm thinkin its either the first batch of phones made or the speakers just suck. i've noticed it not both speakers. mine is just the speaker on the left. ringtone crackle, static sound on speakerphone. if u press on the speakers area is reduces it a bit. who wants to do that all the time.

2. noticing the sam eold problem i had with the Voyager, I'm sure like most of u here. You're texters. Well as more texts stay in the inbox the slower the phone is with texting. i am now once again a quicker texter then the phone. this happens when phone is flipped open and i load a contact from contact list. also when i am sending a pix msg. used to be nice a...

Is it me, or does your handset seem to cut in & out while on a call? Doesn't happen all the time, but it's noticible enough.

Also, is there a way to make the vibration feature stronger? - Do you think this is something that will be addressed by a software upgrade?

Otherwise phone is great so far!!

How is the web browser? One of the main features (besides touch)that voyager and glyde seem to have over the env2 is html web browser. Someone mentioned in a thread that web worked OK for them, but I'm wondering if the menus are so deeply buried or not, and how easy the web pages are to read and navigate. Also wondering if anyone out there got an env2 that doesn't seem to be malfunctioning with poor sound quality? And how soft is that vibrate? Thanks in advance everyone.

I would like to find out how reception is in places that are normally hard to get reception....please someone! 😁

Does anyone know if you can use all the Bluetooth features on this phone? According to the specs and the VZW website, it has all the Bluetooth profiles. But Verizon has a history of disabiling features. I'm trying to decide between a BT computer adapter or a micro USB cable. The BT adapter is easier to carry around!

Is there a way to lock the enV2 with out going in to the menu. Ive had other LG phones and they all have had one touch lock just like the one touch vibrate. Thanks

Is anyone else having this problem. Everytime I take my phone out of my pocket or purse the external display is on. I love the phone, but it's draining the battery. It seems that the only way to avoid this is to wear it on a belt (which I have no intention of doing). Probably returning it.

whats the deal with the music player not being able to be "minimized" so i can text or do w/e else while i listen to the music? does anybody know if this is going to be updated in a newer firmware or am i maybe missing an update to the music player?

Is there a way on front pad to put this phone on vibrate instead of ring ?

Considering an env2. Does its' notepad allow cutting and pasting a fairly long item? Would like to be able to write a fairly long message in notepad, then cut and paste into Hotmail. Found the full VZW user guide on line but it's no help on this question.

Does anybody know how to get into the secret menu? The ##77647268800 does not seem to work on this phone.

try this (fellow enV2 owners):

* wait for a text message - or if you have no friends send yourself one
* ignore it until the screen goes blank
* try to use your bluetooth headset to initiate a call

you wont be able to! it does absolutely nothing

the venus had this problem too. seriously WTF !#* How does their QA not find things like that

Ok, so I've had the phone for only a few days and noticed that mine came with Version 03 already. Just wondering what everyone else might have?

#1 Today was the first time i was using the alarm feature. After my alarm went off my wallpaper, on the internal & external, defaulted back to what it came with. I had to take out and put back in the microSD.

#2 I have a 2gb mem card & have all my pics on it. Total about 300. Leaving well over 1000mb free space. At times when looking thru pics the phone resets.

#3 Speaker on left when flipped open seems to have a crackle in it & same when talking on speakerphone. I thought maybe the ringtone had too much bass, now i'm wondering if its just the phone.

The question I have is can you text from the exterior screen and how do you navigate left and right with the keypad set up on the enV2? Do the up/down arrows take care of all scrolling? I assume you can get to all the menus from the exterior screen? None of the written or video reviews out there really cover this.

...how to turn off the vibrate feature when you get a new email in the mobile email app? i even turned off all sounds, and it still would vibrate! i really like the idea of getting my emails on my phone, but i like having my phone on silent and just being able to look at it at my convenience to see if anyone has called/texted. any help would be appreciated! thanks!
