Motorola V600

Is is possible to share pictures between two V600's?

Hello, I'm going to buy a new mobile, but i'm very undecided between two models:
1.Motorola v600
2.Samsung sgh-e700
In your point of view, which is the best?
I mustn't spend more than 300euros: there is another model that cost less than 300e and is better than Motorola v600 or Samsung sgh-e700?

when was this phone first released?

And does anybody have any information about the recall? I called cingular and they told me to call Motorola, where I got outsourced tech support who knew nothing about it.

I have the V600 phone for 3 weeks and have one more week to decide whether to exchange for V180. I am told that the V600 will only work with AT&T towers and not Cingular and can only get network to network with other AT&T customers. Since AT&T is sort of out of the picture, does this mean my service will get less and less? I also find the phone too heavy. I would get the V180 except that it only has 5 voice activations.

I'm thinking of purchasing the V600 or V300. I had heard that there is a slight delay of the beep sound after pressing the keys. That the beep does not occur at the exact same moment you press the key. Is this correct?

This annoys the heck out of me when I'm inputting voice mail codes and such.

I have v600 and when I set category view there is no way to change categories using * and # keys like in v710. Seems like a bug, does anybody see this also? This renders categories useless pretty much... 😢

Calendar view on v600 BTW has the option to scroll using * and # keys...

will the moto data kit available for the v600 allow me to download mp3's off my PC to use a ringtones?. the calandar sync features etc would be nice also.

Best place to get V600 faceplate other than Ebay?

How do I record a message to leave instructions when I receive voice mail? TMobile is the service I use.

What are some good, cheap, and reliable unlock sites to unlock the V600?

I was surprised to see that my new V600 did not come with a belt clip. I have not seen a Motorola OEM belt clip for the V600 either. Does Motorola make a belt clip for this phone? If not, where's the best place to purchase one?

I have a tmobile v600 that is only triband, which sucks big time! can someone help me find out how to change it with new software or something that i can do to it so i can get the 850? i heard that the unlock codes wont do it, you need software or something, and i REALLY want to change it...

Hi I'd like some opinions on the V600 with the headset.

I know I can get a Jabra bluetooth headset, but bluetooth uses too much battery power, so we'd prefer to get a wired headset.

Typically the headset that comes with any phone is terrible. I have a Jabra headset, but it didn't work well with my Samsung x426. Jabra told me to get an adapter for it, which was a complete joke because I couldn't hear anyone. I knew this was a fluke because my wife and I have the same phone with the same result.

Does the new 64k Sim card work with either phone? I know that it does work with the V551.

Does anyone know of software that will allow me to sync Lotus ORGANIZER with the V600? Motorola's software allows for syncing with Lotus NOTES but not Organizer.

I am posting this in two places...I have been a customer wtih Cingular for over ten years. I am receiving a credit for purchasing a V600 out of pocket (paid $200 for it) since they could not get it for me. I WILL NOT sign a new contract, although I am still under contract until next summer.

My question is...When I call to receive my credit, I would also like them to give me some features free too...Previously had a phone that did not do picture messaging, but I have 100 FREE text messages on my account due to an issue several years ago that they overcharged me and gave me that as a incentive to stay.

Any chance a regional/area manager (spoke to rep, then supervisor, then this guy-area? manager) will give me the following (one...

the service provider and date from the desktop of the phone...it would be great if I could do that, thought I can't quite figure it out

hey I have a refurbished v600 when I make a call it will say private call I checked with att its not set up on their side when I use the next call menu option it works for maybe 3 or 4 calls but then it goes back to private call anyone know of a way to fix this

Does anyone know if the Mobile PhoneTools download will work with Bluetooth? It says you need a USB cable.
