Yes to MMS and no web browser

Does the nokia 1616 allow MMS and also either not have a web browser or have an option to password block the web browser?

1661?

I previously had a 1661 with Nokia and T-mobile so I wouldn't hurt my Verizon cell when I went out camping and etc. WELL, I see now that this is released and nothing really has changed minus 2.5 mm headset making it iPod 3.5mm sized. Everything else is same. So is this a 1661 upgrade? or is this just another added model?
