Sharp GX-10 / GX-10i

can somebody tell me how to transfer .mmf files from my computer to my Sharp GX 10I mobile phone via infra red port? (I dont have a data cable)

hey people. i reently bought a sharp gx10 usb data cable. i installed it. i followed instruction. however, i dont actually know how to use the bloody thing! please please please please HELP ME i haev spent hours trying to work out how to use it and i cant suss it out. thanks people. 🙂
