Looking at the pics in FCC, BEJP505 looks most like the LG Thrive/Phoenix. BEJP500 and BEJP500H look closer to the Optimus T.
In any case, I always welcome competition in the prepaid space. Before this, it seemed like Virgin Mobile could run slipshod over their customers.

Yes, the P505 is the Thrive / Phoenix.
The P500 is the Optimus One for Europe. We sometimes lump the FCC approval for the Euro version of a phone in with the closest US version.
