how to you get it to T9 (ipod way) ALL the time???
I can't figure out how to get it to STAY on the IPOD/T9 way. For example, instead of typing all the letters, I just want to type one letter and then slect the world. Motorola did this so simply, I don't get it here...

don't know why you're having this problem, as my 4500 always comes up in T9 format. (just wish i could keep it in all capital letters).
if verizon tech. can't help, call LG @ 800 243-0000, or 800 793-8896. 🙂
