Recetion concerns
I live in Orange County, Ca. and just upgraded my ATT phone service to GSM and got a Samsung X426. I like to phone features, but I am concerned about the inconsistant reception. It seems it is either great or non-existant. Is is the phone, AT&T, or the GSM? I seemed to do better with my old free Nokia on the digital system. Any ideas? Thanks!

X426 Headset Compatibility
I noticed that the headset included with my Samsung X426 phone has a 2.5mm jack with 4 conductors, also referred to as "three bars." I want to use my Motorola retractable headset with this phone, but its jack only has 3 conductors or "two bars." I found an adapter on-line that converts 2 conductor jacks to 3 conductor jacks, but it says that it's for Nokia phones. Does anyone know if a Nokia adapter will work for my Samsungs 2.5mm jack?

seeing caller id?
just a quick question..
a friend got this phone, he'd like to be able to open it and see the caller id, then decide if he wants to take the call or not. but when you open the phone it automatically picks up.
is there a setting to stop this? let you open the phone but still have to hit a key to pick up the call?
thanks!

Will it work in Italy if unlocked?
Can anyone here tell me if this phone will work in Italy if it is "unlocked" with an Italian Sim card? Some say it can, others say no because it's dualband, not triband.

Data cable
Also...I just got a data cable for this phone from ebay. Why can't a figure out how to make it work with my pc. A software CD was include but there appears to be no driver! Just wantb to sync it with my outlook addressbook.

Who's got one
Does anyone have one of these yet? It seems like it will be a quality phone, but I don't want to be the guinea pig.
