Alcatel One Touch Fierce 2

When I turn phone on, it says "error 101 flashed with unauthorized software, phone is locked"??? What do I need to do to fix this problem & what does this even mean? Thanks

Why no LTE? And they made the phone thicker ðŸ˜’ 🤨
