Unless you just need a phone to carry you for a couple of months. This is not a good long term (1 year) phone. My husband and I brought the same phone and we both have the same problems with this phone which includes
1. Bad charging port, You have to hold the charger a certain way in order for it to charge AND it dont hold battery life very long.
2. Dark front camera, it is hard to take a photo using the forward facing camera because it is so dark.
3. Shuts off/ Reboots whenever it wants to
4. Sends delayed text messages
5. When dialing out it will disconnect the phone call for you before you get a chance to hear it ring out.
Like I said, only get this phone if your not expecting much and only need it for less than a year. If you do get the phone be very careful with the charging port.

The previous review must have been a lemon review. I am on month 4 of my $19 Alcatel One Touch Fierce Two purchased here in Miami via T-Mobile & serviced with them as well & could be happier.
All operating systems have worked well. I purchased the phone as a temporary arrangement, but as I mentioned, I am still using it as my primary. The battery is true (6 hours); the connection port works fine; the screen works well; I've not experienced any delays via texts in or out. Bluetooth fine. All applications fine.
If I had to choose one con, it would be the camera, but I'm a photographer & did not purchase the phone for its professional photographing abilities (that's what my two Nikon cameras are built for). On the other hand, the camera functions fine, but quality might not be as high as my previous iPhone (again, this phone was 19 bucks - it operates perfectly & as well as my old Samsung Galaxy).
For $19 (& it might be $29 now), one cannot beat the price for the equipment offered. I'd never heard of Alcatel, so I was hesitant, but my experience has been flawless.

Worst Device ever made

The worst device ever made. 90% of the fierce 2's we sell come back with some type of problem.
Pro's = NONE
Con= this device will have some type of defect. The screen will go out, texts are delayed 2 to 3 hours, battery life sucks, charging port will go bad, bluetooth will not connect to many devices, poor sound quality...do i really need to go on.
I do not recommend this device.
