Availability timeline?
It would be nice for Samsung to at least acknowledge the fact that they are producing the phone. I would like to get one myself, and thus far I have yet to see any out there. Period.
T-Mobile is usually behind the curve when it comes to relasing phones that the public wants. V600 is a wonderful example of this.
I would like to get my hands on the phone, as it suits my needs perfectly.
Does ANYONE have ANY idea when this phone will be available?

what is up with this design
what the hell is up with the shape of the phone. newer technology phones need to be smaller than that.

Looking good prices on batteries and cradle
I have a Samsumg i500 and would like to purchase an extra battery and an extra cradle. Are there any aftermarket vendors of compatible batteries or cradles?

Worthless.
It's worthless for a company to generate hype for a product that they have no intention of releasing.
If I were to design a phone here is a list of specs that I would want:
Clamshell design
Palm OS, with Stylus input
VGA (or better) quality camera.
Bluetooth Wireless
External display for Caller ID
Not much to ask eh?

Soon available?
Hi guys,
Do you have any idea when t-mobile (or any other operator) will release this model...? it has been a century since I am waiting for this cool phone 😢 .
cheers
Bluetooth expansion cards
Anyone know if a bluetooth SD card will allow you to use this phone as a modem via bluetooth? Would it also allow you to use a bluetooth headset?
Seems like on some of the older smartphones phones you could slip in a card and it would enable dial-up networking via bluetooth, but you could not use a bluetooth headset.
It'd also be nice if it'd be compatible with iSync.
Lots of nice Samsung Smartphones coming to market... too bad they are lacking this feature. But if an expansion card would work, that would be great. If not, it'd still be a great second phone for times you aren't going to have a laptop with you anyway.

Carriers
For the people that do not like T-Mobile, what if one buys this telephone unlocked, could it not then be used with Cingular or AT&T?

Where oh where did the Samsung P705 go?
I was excited about that stint in NYC where Samsung announced their new TV phone. At this point, I'm wondering, where is our new little baby? 🙄 I would assume that this event would be a great time to showcase this handset.
I must say, I'm worried that some fatal flaw has drug Samsung into bitter silence about the project as a whole.
Maybe we're just not ready to allow such a feature in current handsets?
Carrier(s)?
I noticed the "T-Mobile" on the case in one of the pictures and the others who mention it may be the only carrier. Is that verified? I spoke w/ a salesperson @ Cingular this morning & they said there has been some chatter regarding this phone, but obviously they couldn't say whether it's being tested or will ever be offered.
Does anyone have more info regarding carriers? This phone appears a great solution for me [except for the disappointing lack of external caller id] but I am not switching to T-Mobile.

SDIO card question
I may sound pretty stupid for asking this question... or a little naive... but with the SDIO card capability, I understand that it is capable of bluetooth, but does that mean that it would only be "DATA CAPABLE" or would it be able to support voice as well (i.e. bluetooth headset, car kit, etc.)?
