Can MP3's be transferred to this phone without having to convert them to midi?

Does anybody know how many pictures and videos the phone holds? Cause I own the phone right now and i have a total of 134 pictures and i wanna know if im near the end...Thanks

i have been trying to copy games from a vx7000 to my vx8000 and am having problems. wondering if anyone has any info on doing so...

Just curious since I'm now on my second 8000 phone. I had to replace my original due to the fact that for some reason it stopped recognizing the EV signal in my neighborhood even though I've had from day one (D.C area). I took the phone into Verizon twice and they reloaded the software and called tech support and when I left the store it would always work until I got home when it would lose the EV signal (4 bars on reception and full battery). I finally called tech support and after an hour of going them, they told me to swap out the phone and noted in my account for another phone.

I returned it the next day and this one works perfectly and for some reason seems faster.

Anyone else on thier 2nd replacement?

If anyone knows, but what are the benefits of upgrading to the ZV05 software?

I was told by a fairly reliable source that there is some kind of software update somewhere to upgrade the sound qaulity of the speakers on 8000. but won't be able to contact source for info till next week and was wondering if anyone knew about it and where to get it. if it turns out to be true and i get info first i will post it....

does anyone have clips uploaded on their phone that are longer than 15 sec?

My data cable arrived today in the mail and I installed the drivers, hooked up the phone, and downloaded the QPST program. Problem is, the program isn't picking up my phone. Am I doing something wrong? Please let me know. Thanks.

I am already a Verizon customer and own a Samsung A670. I would like to own a VX8000 but can not find a "reasonable" place to buy one.

Anyone know of a place to buy one reasonably priced other than paying the full retail?\

When I call people using my VX8000, they sometimes complain that my voice is breaking up. These are calls to both wired line and wireless phones.

Anyone else has this issue too? Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

I just got my 8000 a couple days ago & I'm really liking it. I'll like it even more if someone can help me out.

I'm using the latest version of Bitpim(7.32). It has an option to choose the 8000 from the drop-down list, and with this version it looks like that you don't have to go into the "View filesystem" mode to add & delete files. The problem I'm having is that whenever I try to add a .mid file to the existing ones, the format conversion program automatically opens up, and doesn't allow me an option to bypass the conversion.

My suspicion is that it is doing this because of the way I created the .mid file. All of the existing .mid files that came with my computer are transferring to BitPim without any problems. The way I went about ...

I DL a MP3 to my 8000 using bitpim, i saved it in the ringer file. Why does this song not show up when i hold down the play button on the outside of the phone? Still says no tunes! Did i save the song in the wrong place or something. Thanks for any help.

I'm using Bitpim and got a mp3 onto my phone but can only get it to play under my ringtones. How do I move it to my Tunes file? Thanks

I was playing around with this phone in a store (i wanted to make sure the size wasnt an issue before i bought it online) and i tried setting up the external photo caller id. I called the phone from my cell and the external picture seemed to be only this little part of the external screen. Does anyone know how to or if there is a way to change the sized of the picture on the outside screen?

I was wondering if anybody know's. If you have the unlimited text message thing and you use mobile messanger with AIM. Will that use the unlimited messages or the lmited ones for non verizon text messages? 🙂

Currently I'm using all the prescribed steps to uploading mp3s, but I'm using the official LGVX3200 data cable--it all works with the right drivers, right? Well, I've successfully loaded one mp3 on my phone. The problem is that 30 seconds into uploading, QPST tells me the "other program" is busy, "Switch to Other" or "Retry" pops up, and generally stops the transfer of my mp3. (Of course, it seems to work when I hit retry 30+ times) Hm.

Any idea how to fix this?
