LG VX-6100
Release of the LG VX6100
I just moved down to Klamath Falls, Oregon this last month. Now, I am in need of a new carrier since my last (Verizon) isn't able to give me all my features. So, I've been looking into U.S. Cellular, or AT&T.
I've been looking at the LG VX6100, and it looks like a great phone. I've had the LG 4400 for about a year now. I've heard that USCC is supposed to get this phone, but all I've found under the VX6100 forum is that it is being released for Verizon.
Does anyone know if USCC is getting the phone or not? If not, what phone do you recommend? Also, what carrier for the area is recommended?

Does anyone know if the 6100 has loud ringtones...or at least as loud as the 6000? I just got the 9900 today, and am not too impressed with the ringtone volume. I downloaded a couple songs off xringer, but it isn't nearly as loud as the 6000 which my dad has. Don't get me wrong, this is a great phone (phenomenal screen), but ringtone volume is a must for me...coming from the VX10 that sounded like a whisper on the loudest level. If the 6100 has good volume, I'll probably switch.

The speaker system looks to be very similar to that employed on the vx3200... and the 3200 ringers have very adequate volume...
