LG MM-535

Hello, I just received my LG 535 the other day and noticed that the Call history is not showing incoming, outgoing, or missed calls. Is this a problem or a setting I may have overlooked? Thanks for you help

I am interested in this phone and would like to really know about battery charge life. I will be mostly using it as a phone, no text messaging or mp3 activity. Will it provide service for a few days between charges? All Opinions appreciated.

Hey LG 535 users. I was just wondering if anyone knows if this phone will be able to play MP3's as a ringtone if it has a Mini SD card in it? If it cannot is there any software or any program I can copy to the SD card to all this? Or any converters that will do this?

ok mygirlfirend has the 535 and i was able to send myself aac and mp4 to my phone and it will only let me set it to caller id, no caller id ,roaming and contacts!! im trying to change have it set to my voicemail and messaging and other!! why wont it let me select those ?? please help thanks!!

I just got this phone last week. So far, I really like all the features it has, but I am getting really annoyed because the battery life is absolutely horrible. I usually get less than ONE measly day on standby, with maybe 20-30 minutes of talktime! Has anyone else had this problem? According to the specs, it's supposed to get much more use than that.

If this turns out to be normal, I may end up returning it and getting the sanyo v2300 I had earlier, or one of the older LGs (225,125).

Is this normal!?

Hi everyone. Help me out if you can. I got the phone and the mini SD as well. I want to use it to hear music but I don't know where to find headphones that fit into the earpiece jack of the phone. Can anyone tell me where I can get some? Also, how do I put videos onto the mini SD? I tried clicking and dragging onto the icon but it won't work on the phone. It says invalid format. It also says the same things for the pictures I put on it. Also, is ther anyway to put the mp3's I have on my mini SD as my ringtones? Is anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

how's the reception on this phone?? is the other guy's claim of only 30-40 mins of talk time for real???

i bought this phone and i have no idea how to use the mp3 player...

the telus stores in my town or in any town near me say they dont sell anything to put MP3s onto the phone..

what do i need to buy to put mp3s onto my phone and be able to transfer pictures and stuff this is very frustrating
i bought a USB cord off of ebay for the phone but i havent a clue how to work it... with the program bitpim and no where on the internet tells me how to do it.. anyway if someone coould help id appreciate it thanks

i have a mini sd card and card reader, the mp3 player works great...there is no setting for changing the ringtone to an mp3 file..

any help would be great!

Anyone care to share any useful sites/software for making full use of this phone? I just got this phone, and I'm particularly looking for ways to expand the 15sec maximum video...and I'm sure there's more to unlock here too.

every time i try to put a picture from my computer onto my phone and set it as the wall paper the phone says there is an error. anyone know what the problem is. i changed the format of all the pictures to JPEG, so i don't think that is the problem. any help would be good.

Does anyone know what version of bluetooth this phone utilizes. There are 2 versions the new one about 4 months old is secure where as the first version isn't thats how paris hilton and fred durst's phones were hacked.

RE LG MM 535: A previous post said there was a way to increase the recording time from 15 seconds to 200 seconds. Anyone know how? I'm using a 1 gig memory card but that hasn't helped...

anyone know if there is any way to turn off the backlight while listening to MP3s? It drains my battery so fast! =\

I was reading the user reviews and it stated "can play movie clip files after converting them on pc and transferring to the memory card". i was just wondering how this works as i tryed to put a video on my mini SD card and it would not play on my phone. what type of file does it need to be converted too?

I read in a user reviews and it stated that it was possible to convert video so that it would play on the phone. Is there anyone who has any idea on what format it would need to be to have this done. Any help would be great.

does anyone out there know if you can record your own mp3's and use them as ringtones. I got a SD card and save them to the card, the phone reads them and plays them through the mp3 player but will not let you assign the to a contact. It will let you save an image to a contact from the mini card. Can you convert mp3's to AAC and use them?

😢 I think it is pretty sad that those of you that have the LG 535 can not take a few minutes out of your day to tell others what you think about the phone. Interesting..........

I've had the phone about a week and am wonder if anyone else has had the sound quality of some of their ringers degrade? I suspect it may be because I have more ringers (qcp) than they anticipated the average user to have. I think I put about 92-ish on the phone because it won't let me put any more even though I have 15 MB of space left. which is aggrevating. I'm trying to find out if any other phone with a good amount of space (16 MB+) has no limit on ringers. of course, i have 7 days to do so if i want to cash in on the return policy for the phone. so quick replies would be appreciated.
