LG L1400 / C1400

Can you take a ringtoen you just made (.mmf) and upload it to your phone from your computer? Do you have to buy a cord or is this not possible?

i just recieved a new faceplate for my phone, problem is theres no foam sticker that goes around the inside to keep the dust and whatnot off the screen, and also theres no cover for the camera, just a open hole with a sticky tab.

i HATE having to press a button everytime i want to see what time it is. that cinular thing gets so annoying. does anyone know if there is a way get a different screensaver? or can you at least turn it off and just be able to see the clock? PLEASE HELP

For those that think the battery life lasts only
2 days u are dead wrong. I thought that too, until I read the manual and said to turn off ur phone and charge it for full battery. Dont know why that is but the battery sure is better now. 😉

I am looking into buying this phone, but I have several questions that could change my mind on which phone I'd like to purchase.

1) How many Picture ID's can you assign?

2) Does the Picture ID show up on the outside wallpaper when that person is calling?

hi! im trying to decide whether to get this phone or the sony ericsson z500a, and i cant figure out which on! im just a teen, so i dont need proffessional or complex features, but i do need good mulimedia. 😁 I do want a phone that looks good, but i would rather have good features and performance than a cute phone that works like crap. so... any1 know which phone would be better???!

I use http://coolservice.dk/en/compatibilities.php to send my phone graphics, ringtones and games. The games and ringtones work fine, but the wallpapers always have a white border around them. I've tried sending different sizes, and even though the whiteness size changes, it never fills up the whole screen. What should I resize the graphics to?

Also, does anybody knows sites with free java games in jad format? I've found a couple, but nothing really great.

I just got the LG 1400 and Im having trouble
get the sidekey functions to change the phone to vibrate mode with the flip closed

Has anyone had problems with it saying "decoding error" when you try to view the pictures in the gallery? This just started happening. It also shows that the memory has used up 300,000 B out of a possible 300,000 B, even though there are no pics in there. I think something got corrupted. Any way to clear the memory?

I have the LG L1400, I love the phone, but anyone know how to adjust the volume settings from the test menu (2945#*# )where I can have the optimal setting on audio gain, where the voice is not faint or far away even on the highest volume setting on the side of the phone?

I bought a data cable for the L1400 but it seems like all that enables me to do is use the phone as a modem, do i need software to access phones files/photos??? is there a free generic suite you can use????

This phone is so frustrating why did they even bother including an IR port when it is completly useless, oh well.

any help would be much appreaciated or if you just want to bitch about Cingular limiting features so you have 2 buy their graphics and ring tones instead of getting them from your PC for free then go for it.
I will also accept bitches about y LG who are supposed to be inovators forgot the inovation of the PC sync download on their web site whilst all their competitors offer pc phone suites for free....bastards.
