Watching video on the Treo 650
Hello fellow Treonites, Treonauts Treo-ins, whatever were called, I have a question in reference to watching videos on my treo 650(gsm) once it comes out of course........ What is the best player to use and how do i do it? I would really appreaciate the help or tips, I will be getting 2 1 gig memory cards. 😁

There is not too many websites dedicated to showing music videos. There are a few websites on www.mmplayer.com. What I do is convert movies to avi format and download to my sd card using pocket dvd which also can be found on that website. Hope this helps.

Im sorry to sound like a neophyte, how do i convert movie files to avi format. I am guessing that i first have to upload the movie onto my computer but i do not have a dvd burner on my system, does this mean that all hope is lost?

If your computer can play dvd's then you are fine. Run pocket dvd then load the movie. Push play then record. The program will save the avi file to your hard drive to download to your sd card. I suggest using softick card export II to transfer the file to your card. This can also be found on www.mmplayer.com
