yes, it does: data primarily. but i have a big caveat: the Blue tooth connection on the phone is pretty terrible. keeps dropping my Jabra headphone.
also SMS and MMS, if you are planning on using those features.

You have the ability to use Blue Tooth with your Treo 650 Cingular phone. Just tap the BT Icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen, near the signal bars. This will bring you to the BT set up and the ability to turn the BT feature on.
