Treo 650 in Japan
I will be traveling to Japan. Would anyone know if I will be able to use my Treo 650 in Japan with or without local sim card.

the treo 650 WON'T WORK IN JAPAN. Japan uses a different frequency 2100mhz we use 900 and 1900 and 850 in some areas. It will work every where but japan sorry trust me I know this ....But since you are going you can try it for yourself.

Since the Treo works on GSM 850/1900 and 900/1800, it will not function on UMTS 2100 unfortunately.
