I bought this phone for my boyfriend and we cant figure out how to transfer MP3's, we've downloaded the software to our PC but it doesnt show up... if you understand, its in our program files menu but theres no program icon to run???? Please help because his frustrations are frustrating me!!!
My second question is once we have the programs running on our PC ok how do you transfer anything to the phone???

When I got the E730, I had problems with the software. Since I have a bluetooth dongle, I just transferred my pics and music using bluetooth. I would suggest buying a bluetooth dongle, and forgetting about that Samsung Software, since it has issues. Check Ebay for some bluetooth dongle. A bluetooth dongle is a device that connects to the USB port as an external hardware and allows you PC to have bluetooth capabalities.
