restriction code
This phone occasionally says "Enter restriction code" and will not ring or have use of any other functions unless I turn it off and turn it back on again. I do not know the restriction code is and there is nothing about it in the book. Does anyone know what this means or what should be done about it?

If your phone says like "Enter restriction code",currently it is locked to particular network.You have to unlock it first and then only you can use it with your service provider.For unlocking,I would suggest you to get unlock code from
