Any techs - Is it possible to reset the lifetime call and data history back to zero?

when you save a pix or flix, it is saved to the default folder. is there anyway to add folders on the memory card?

Since Verizon doesn't offer the Office Kit to transfer phonebook data to a PC for the SCH-A950, can you get an aftermarket kit to do this, and where?

Any aftermarket info on how to transfer your phonebook data to a PC?

I ordered an A950 two weeks ago. When the phone arrived I was shocked at how poor the voice quality was (however I was impressed wih the camera and the MP3 player.)

I had a second A950 sent out and the voice quality was excellent. However it has the more recent software that eliminated the MP3 player and replaced it with the miserable WMA player that is now standard.

From reading the forums I gather that there is no way to reinstall the MP3 player on phone #2.

Is there any way to update phone #1 so that the RF is improved without losing the MP3 player?

I have a 950 that has only been used about two weeks and is still in new condition in orginal box with all contents and also a 256MB TF Card and never used Verizon leather case for it. This is a really great phone, yet I check the forums several times a day and it doesn't seem that many post anything about it??????????

when watching a vcast video and you enlarge the screen the picture goes sideways is there any way to change this as this is annoying as hell

If ur goin to convert mp3's to a different file type to use as a ringtone, which would have the best quality to make it sound like u got it off vzw tones?

when i click on the MY_MUSIC folder on the card it has a bunch of lil other folders in it and when i try to look at them or delete them it says something about syntax and stuff like that

I got the card working a lil, how do you put songs on it where u can hear it on the phone, it says i have alot of songs on it but all i can play is two of them

when i try to music on my card to put in my phone it says media is write-protected or remove write-protection, what should i do about that?

I have tried on 2 different computers. After install XP hangs and does not produce a login screen. I then boot up in safe mode, de-istall the driver and the computer boots.

Is there any application to access the phones contacts and other applications? How do you transfer FLIX to the PC via USB? FLIX no show in MP10.

I've had the phone for a week now, and I'm truly disappointed by the lack of useful ringtones included in the phone. My old V60 came with a bunch of simple ringtones that were loud enough to get my attention.

The a950 didn't come with ringers that are loud and I haven't been able to download a ringer that is loud to be heard all the time.

I've had to turn on Vibrate for all rings and that helps.

Anyone that has some suggestions is welcome to contact me.

I love this phone, love the camera, but one thing i hate. there is a delay after i press to take a picture and the actually taking of the picture. so if i push the button and then move the camera, i miss the shot. or if i try to take a picture of something the is not stationary, cant do it. anyone know why or how to fix this? thanks!

I just bought the Music Essential Kit and the micro Trans Flash card. I began reading different reviews and boards about the a950 to make sure that I had all of the things needed to begin listening to music on my phone. However, I have come across many reviews that say due to copy-right licenses I cannot listen to any songs on my phone unless they are bought directly from Verizon, or unless they are ripped from my own CD’s.

So my question is: will I not be able to put any of the songs I download from Kazaa, Limewire, etc., onto my phone? Or will some of these songs that I have downloaded from these programs work (i,e: have a compatible license), and others not work?
