UTStarcom PPC-6700 / XV-6700 / HTC Apache

I just got a new computer and set Sync up with it. The screen comes up as a guest and i cant use the full funcitons of Sync, just the guest functions. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the software and it still does it. Is there a way to get all the funtions back without hard reseting my PPC? thanks!
