I'm having problems putting ring tones for text messages and emails I've tried putting the songs on my phone as a wma file and after adding it as a ring tone i still cannot find the songs under the pull down menu in sounds and notifications can anyone help me?

They have to be wav files, the only way it works and it has to be stored in the /windows folder
