treo 700w vs samsung i730

Hi I just have a few of questions about these 2 pocket pcs. First what is the difference between windows 2003 and 2005? Second are the screens the same or is one a better quality? It also seems that the i730 has more program memory is that true? I'm liking the treo better because everything seems a little more easy to do and possibly with one hand and has a camera. One more question! Since I noticed the treo only has about 14 megabytes of memory for programs is it possible to run programs from a memory card? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for the help everyone. I decided against both of them and purchased the vx6700. I've had it for a day now and am really happy with it. Tried the 700w but didn't get any reception where I live or anywhere I went. Wifi is awesome!
