Three Questions for Expert Users....
Greetings all. I have three questions for you....
(1.) Is there a spam filter for the POP email on the 700w?
(2.) Is there a program to download AOL mail?
(3.) Has anyone had a problem answering calls when using a custom ringtone? I have many ringtones that I created and assigned. Sometimes when people call I will hit answer and the phone will continue to ring and vibrate...even after we are connected. Please help...and thanks in advance.

I don't have this phone and can't answer questions 1 or 3... However, regarding AOL...
I currently have a Treo 600 for which I bought PDA specific software from AOL... Unfortunately it looks like they don't yet have a version for the 700w -- click here for more info (they might be working on an update):

As a workarond, AOL is now accessible via any e-mail program that supports IMAP -- I assume that the Outlook software on the 700w supports this.
Go to AOL keyword "Mail Center" and then click the link under "Open Mail Access" for more information. I was able to download my AOL mail on the Treo 600 using some program whose name I can't recall (I've since deleted it -- just wan...

If one does not have the Verizon data plan, can you use the Treo to call AOL and access the web that way?

ive had the same problem with your number threee... it just keeps vibrating/ringing..what a pain... i love the phone but that and the struggle to "wake up" along with other glitches are quite frusterating..hopefully there will either be a software upgrade or recall or somthing...goodluck if you here anything email me at atvbballrob@yahoo.com...thanks
