Treo700W 1.10 Update Defective
Don't do the update... You will be sorry.. Since I updated, dropping every call.. Constantly connected to the internet - battery life goes from 2 days to 5 hours, if you call into someplace that requires phone prompts, the phone doesn't send the tones... Called Palm, they said Verizon supports the phone, called Verizon and they said it is a palm issue, to watch their website.. Was told per VZW policy, there would be no credit for lost service.. Was told I am SOL until palm corrects the update... SO, basically another crap phone from VZW, with no support...

When the update was going my phone some how disconnected and never reconnected. I was able to get VZW to send me a new phone. First I talked to palm and they told me that VZW should send me a new phone got the case number and called VZW and 3 days later I am supose to get a new phone.
I just hope that the new one comes with the CORRECT update

Sad how the new ones still don't seem to have any updates on them (just received mine today, and still shows "TREO700W-1.02-VZW"...)
