i just got the teo and i have a bunch of questions if you could help everyone
questions
1) how do i download games- coming from a phone with get it now i need games and ringtones on my phone how do i go about downloading that
2) i pluged the wire into my computer and the other end into my phone and when i try to install it after my computer finds the new hardware it does not work. it coudlnt find the compnets on my comp to download the hardware...what do i do to get that working?? is there a program i need or how do i go about setting that up. please help

Get it Now is not a feature of this phone/PDA. You can download games online. Handango.com is a good place to start, but there are other options. Ringtones can be any mp3 that you have on your computer.
As far as software, you need to install the activesync software that came with your device before your computer will do anything with it. Once installed, you will be able to sync with outlook and install games as well as other applications.
