Network Problems after update to 1.1
We have 5 Treos in our organization that I purchased for myself and some of the higher ups. Since updating all of them to the 1.1 firmware, when the higher ups travel to our holding company's headquarters in Tulsa, OK they are unable to connect to a data network. This doesn't go over well with the higher ups when they cannot receive email...
They both swear that email worked fine before the updates.
Things I have had them try include:
Changing the "Band Selection" to Automatic A, B, and Home.
Soft reset
Running the *228 roaming update
I called Verizon and they told me they have no data service in Tulsa and that it won't work there but I know it did work before. Also, one of the higher ups has a Verizon EVDO data card and i...
