iTunes doesn't recognize my phone

I am having tremendous trouble with iTunes recognizing my phone on my pc. I bought the phone on ebay from a gentleman who had the phone set up for use with the Cingular network and with all the Cingular features. I know the iTunes worked for him b/c he sent me a memory card that had iTunes songs on it and played it in my phone. But with that card or a new one with more memory, my iTunes still won't recognize it. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried upgrading my iTunes version, deleted it rebooted it, etc, nothing works... Thanks in advance...

"Message Full" Alert with only a few messages
I get the "Messages Full" alert with just a few messages on my phone. It seems to let me accept new messages, but still continues to display the alert and the memory meter shows that it's full. I only have about 20 messages.
Does anyone have any ideas? Has anyone had any experience with this?

Browser Settings
I'm really enjoying the v3i. My version came from Hong Kong. That has posed some problems, one of which is get browser settings to work. Does anyone know how to do this?

Maybe one of you guys can help me...
My V3 phone has a 256 micro sd card, i would like to upgrade it to a 1GB card, but i´ve heard that the phone wont recognise it, is this true?

Help with getting MMS to work
I have the V3i with the itunes using cingular for service. I only want my mms to work.
I have tried the settings found on howardsforums and on motox forums with no luck.
It seems that this may involve some degree of luck but I was hoping that somebody could provide some more help getting this to work.

The camera on this phone what is the quality compared to other cingular phones?
I have a w600i right now and I was wondering if the camera on this phone takes pictures comparable to w600i? If not can u give me a comparison of the v3i's picture quality to another camera phone?

I am trying to find out whether V3i can do a long section of voice recording ( using the external memory ). Also, can phone conversations be recorded. Thanks for any info

Cingular or T-Mobile for unlocked phone?
I'm a Verizon V710 refugee, so I have to get a new phone by June 13th, and I want a V3i. Since the release date from Cingular is so uncertain and keeps getting pushed back, I've been thinking about getting an unlocked phone, meaning I could go with either Cingular or T-Mobile. How well do each of these companies handle unlocked phones? Anything special I should know before bringing an unlocked phone into either a Cingular or a T-Mobile store?

Pros/Cons of unlocked vs. Cingular-branded
I'm new to the whole unlocked phone thing. However, i DO like the idea of the phone being usable as Motorola intended, and not crippled via firmware in any way.
However, I like the security of knowing if I call Cingular and complain about a problem with my service, they won't point to my unlocked phone and say, "Not our problem."
What are pros/cons of the use of unlocked phones on the Cingular network, in others' opinions?
Does Cingular generally limit the usablity of its phones such as the RAZR in any ways?

i went into the cingular store on May 1st (cuz thats when i thought it was coming out). But the manager there told me they actually got an email with the ESTIMATED release date as May 30th. Its gonna be $400 retail, and $300 new customer.

I'm not sure if anyone has noticed, but as of May 1st, the Razr V3i has been removed from the list of ineligible phones on their site.

Can anyone help with the issues in my other post (with TroyBoy and please help in title)??
