E62 will not change out of normal profile
when I try to go to silent or meeting profiles the phone stays on normal. It was working and just stopped

I am able to receive mails through BES enabled service but not able to send mails at all.
Message are still in outbox showing failed.
my cooporate mailbox is not sync with my phone.

Can I apply E61's firmware update to E62?
Hi:
I just bought the E62 from Cingular. I'm curious, can I apply the E61 firmware available on the Nokia Europe web site to the E62?
Furthermore, what exactly does the new firmware get me?

O.k.... I found a uk firmware update for the e62
I was doing some Googling and found this update from the nokia.co.uk site: http://www.nokia.co.uk/A4254291 (and yes it is for the e62, not the e61). I will try and install it this evening. In theory it should work just fine, right? It IS for an e62.

Can you put a 4 gb minisd in a e62?
I know it says that 2gb is the max but is there a way to push the envelope?

Nokia E61 and Verizon
I like the quality of the Nokia Phones, and need a PDA for my expanding business. My company already uses Verizon, but cannot get a straight answer from any of my Reps as to whether the E61 will work on the Network. I know that I am a simpleton on this issue but sure could use some help.
Two questions about e62 firmware and video...
O.k... I haven't seen were anybody has updated the firmware of an e-62. has this been done yet? I noticed when I looked at installing some blackberry stuff that Nokia was asking which version of software my phone had. How do I upgrade to the newer version? Also, I have been try to encode video for play on the e-62 but am having no good success. Sometimes the videos will play but not smooth at all, very jerky! Does anyone have any recommendations as to what software I should use and what encoding options? Thanks!

I just got the E62, and it's working great so far. I'm in the market for an expansion memory card for the device.
My question is, what's the highest capacity this device can support. I see a lot of posts about people using 1GB. Is 2GB supported? How about SDHC and 8GB?
My hope, of course, is to replace the iPod Nano with this, if possible.

Nokia e62 setting access by Palm
I have only had my e62 for a few weeks and I love the sound quality. I use it with my Palm T3. No connection issues on set up.BUT every time I pair the Palm to the e62 I have to press a button on the e62 saying that the connection can be allowed. I know there must be a way to set the e62 to allow a connection without asking me to approve it.
I'm sure someone knows.

Typing question for the E62
I know this sounds silly but I can't find the dash or minus key for typing. I am trying to enter my email setting and I need a dash, not an underscore. All I can find is the underscore. Please help this ignorant girl! 🙄

hello i am not a bussiness man or wont be using this phone for e-mails and studff but i still like this phone nokia e61i better ..what do yu think should i still get it?even thoguh m not gonna use it for e-mail and or webbrowsing ..?

Goodlink and the E61 in the US
Is anyone out there running Goodlink on the E61 in the United States? If so, what carrier are you using and how is it performing? Have you had any problems setting up Goodlink, etc? This phone is awesome and I want one, but would really like to know about Goodlink first. Thanks!

E61 with Goodlink
The Goodlink on my Nokia E61 always attaches the advertisement "Sent from my GoodLink synchronized handheld (www.good.com)" to the emails I send. A similar message was added to my Blackberry emails and to the Goodlink meassages on my TREO 650, but I was able to remove it so that it was no longer added. Is there anyone out there who has Goodlink and knows how to remove that message?
