Rich, 6102i...6103..both look the same?
Several of the stories I read early on about these two phones stated that the 6103 was a re-design on the exterior as well as the new features...and the 6102i was going to look pretty much the same as before.....??????

Correct. The photo is of the new 6103 design. I added a note to clarify that.
If you know what the 6102 looks like, then yes the 6102i looks exactly like that.
It's the same deal as the 6101 / 6102, where two different styles will go to different carriers, but the features are exactly the same.
