LG CU500

I was comparing this phone to the SE w600, and i noticed the LG has 65,000 colors when the SE has 256,000 colors, is there really a noticeable difference?

I wanted this phone but when I went online it wasnt there , is it jsut not avaible in my area? (zip code 18353) ☹️

I am looking at getting a MicroSD card for the phone, but I am wondering if getting the Ultra II will increase phone performance (ex Taking Pics, Video etc) or if it would only benifit if I took the card out and hooked it up to the computer directly. Your thoughts?

Is it possible to send mp3 music via bluetooth to a mono (1 ear piece) bluetooth headset. I know it's possible with the new stereo bluetooth headphones but those are too bulky and expensive.
If this is posible, can someone tell me how? I tried sending music via bluetooth but I keep getting a message saying the bluetooth is already in use. What am I doing wrong?

Has anyone had a problem with the phone hinge? I bought this phone on Monday and by Monday evening, the hinge had gone out! Now its just loose and just kinda flops open and closed. I'm waiting on them to send me a replacement now. I'm hoping it was just a fluke.

I just got a pair of boxwave 2.5 mm headphones, but when I put them in, the sound only comes out of the right earbud. Another problem is that when I put them in all the way, it calls the last person that I called. Anyone else having simliar problems? Could it have something to do with what type of 2.5 mm headphones I put in? I heard there was something like 3 band vs 4 band headphones?

I have been a razr hater since 2004 but now it's time to give up my moto v60t (I'll miss TDMA).

I dont care about camera or most features, but I dont know if I want the black razr or the cu500. I keep my phones for a long time, and style is my most important consideration. I like being different though, but

I'm considering that the screen is better on the razr and the posts below about how on the cu500 you can only have the phone vibrate OR ring, not both. that's a drawback.

Suggestions?

its been 3 weeks now since i bought this phone. I just love it. The speakers are great and are very loud the reception is also great in my area (sacramento), but the only problem is it doesnt have flash but i thats okay. The music transferring is very easy. 🙂

How does LG reception compare to Samsung for Cingular phones?

I have a Samsung D807 and I am thinking about trading it in for a LG CU500. The CU500 feels a bit flimsy and the buttons are slippery.

Does anyone know how good the Music Player UI is?

i Just bought this phone about a week ago and it is just a great phone. The only problem i cant get over is it doesnt have flash but that's okay. This phones volume is very loud and it plays music great. 😁

Are there a lot of people with the broken hinge? After looking all over the internet on this, I haven't found any other mention of it but here. Are people still having this problem?

Anyone know if you can add bluetooth to some phones? My friend has a nextel i860 and the rep who sold him the phone told him that all he would have to do is download the app. He would have to pay for this of course, but is it possible? I thought bluetooth involved hardware not just software. 😈

What would people recommend for cleaning the phone's screens? Are there any LCD protectors out there that seem to work?

It looks like that part of the phone is very shiny, not sure if sugar would scratch it. Any other suggestions? I like a clean look without any ads.
