HTC TyTN / 8525 / JasJam (Hermes)
New ROM update on HTC Website.
I went to the HTC website and noticed there is a ROM update and it was dated 4/09/07... it is not the same version as the one that is on my Cingular 8525...Has anyone downloaded this yet and what are the updates that come with it.

Yes, they keep pulling it offline and online.. I think there are too many people downloading, but go to cingular.com and go to there forum...from what I'm getting you can also go to www.htcamerica.net and it is there too.. the new rom update is the one that was leaked a month or so ago.. new rom...2.15.502.3

The new ROM update appears to be NICE. at&t branding on everything, wifi settings improved, an X button for closing all running programs, seems to be running a bit smoother. Anyone else notice anything else?

I've been reading about the ROM update on the Cingular page.. Forums.. seems as if there are alot of problems with connecting to the internet and sending emails.. Have you had any issues with this and did you have to change any settings.

the wi-fi connected much better then it ever did before and I went on the internet no problem. I have not yet re-established my e-mail on the phone so I can't comment on that yet.
