LG AX-355 / UX-355

Does anyone know about this JuiceCaster picture messaging application?

They have this application for iPhones called Flutter that does away with the picture messaging problem, but is it for other phone models as well?

I want to have music play when people call me. (They hear the music when they call instead of ringing). I've tried everything I can to figure it out...Is there some special trick to it or what? Any help would be great. I go thru US Cellular, so I don't know if that might be why I can't get it!?!

Does anybody know if the UX-355 phone can transfer pictures or other files (ringtones, etc) to a bluetooth enabled device through a bluetooth PAN (personal area network)?


Also would anyone know how this phone differs from the LG UX245?

Well, I had the VX6100, which worked fine for all my purposes... but I wanted a better camera. I use pictures a lot at work to document things, and thought that a better camera on the phone would prevent me from walking back and forth to get a camera all the time.

So, I got the UX355.

My complaints are as follows:

#1 I can find no software that will allow me to take the pictures off the phone and onto a PC.

#2 The belt clip that comes with the phone: You know how there's a tab that you have to push to get the phone out of the clip? Well, when you open the phone, that tab is in the way of the camera lens. What idiot came up with that design??

#3 Scrolling time display!!! come on!!! Why do I want to chase the time?...

I have the AX-355 and can not figure out how to access the alarm, calculator or calendar funtions.

I like the phone, but does anyone know what I need to do to synchronize with Outlook?

How many pictures can you store on your phone, if they are all taken in the highest res. i have about 25, and they take up about 3.8MB, which still leaves me with around 30mb according to the phones memory status, but it is telling me my memory is full when i try to take another picture.

It should have EVDO, though. 😎

this seems like a solid contender. i imagine we will be seeing more phones like these - decent camera and bluetooth, but no card slot, music player, or EVDO so it cuts costs. This will be perfect for the people who don't want entertainment, but want a well-rounded phone at a good price.
