Nice Small Phone with Great Clarity & Reception
I use this phone as my weekend phone since I do not want to carry my smartphone on the weekend.
It is a nice size and the touchscreen works well. I am surprised how loud the ringer is and how clear and loud my calls are. My reception has been very good as well.
I recommend this phone for anyone who does not want a smartphone and just wants a small phone that has lots of extras in the software.
Love This Phone!
Needed a new cell! My current cell is over 4 y.o. Did a lot of searching, online b4 buying. Was espcially looking 4 a phone, 2 fit in my back pocket! Walked into a phone store, & saw the Pantech Pursuit (green). I did not plan to get a touch screen phone, but was looking 4 a slide phone, that covered the Qwerty Keyboard. I bought the Pursuit (in green) & I love it!! It has more Aps, and "bells & whistles" than I could ever use, but nice to have. The screen is crystal clear, & easy to read. A light touch w/ur finger nail, gets u anywhere, fast. The Messaging Ap is great. Quick insert of exhisting pix/video, or just take a new 1, & insert! Great Camera! Beautiful pix! Easy Qwerty use, on keyboard, or screen. Easy touch/slide screen. Three separate screens, for FAVS, PIX, or anything u want 2 add, 4 quick use. Personally, I like the Calendar, Messaging, Camera/Video, & "Dual Stop Watch". I set appointments on the calendar, which "rings" me w/ reminders @ anytime, w/ any tone. I like the phone shape. Soft, rounded corners. Sturdy. I already purchased "skins", online, to personalize the look of my phone, while still showing the green color, I like. I like the detailed Phone Book. GPS. The "Where Ap" gives me the time/weather of friends/relatives around the U.S., & more. I did not "follow the crowd", & purchase the same, popularly advertised cell. The Pursuit fits in my back pocket!! This Pantech cell phone "suits me!!" I Love This Phone.
Good beginner phone!
This was my 1st phone. The keyboard layout is very good. The call quality, on the other hand, is nothing to brag about. This is a good quick messaging phone, for the right user.
Pros:
Texting
Menu layout
Compact design
Bright screen.
Cons:
Calling
Screen size
Web
Non-Bulky Full Keyboard
I've noticed several full keyboard phones are a little bigger than we'd like>>bring in thePantech Pursuit.
Pros:
High Resolution Screen
Responsive touchscreen
Quick Transition in between apps
Raised Keyboard, making texting easy for big or small hands
Great Reception
Bright exterior
2Meg Cam
Only $50 after rebate
Cons:
May be too small for some
Comes in bright green or blue, guys may want to invest in a case to tone it down a little bit
Don't Recommend This phone - Buyer beware
PRO: Phone looks good, volume is good.
Cons: Clarity of calls is not good at all and also within 1 day of my daughter using this phone...just dialing a phone number she watched as the screen cracked. Neither AT&T or Pantech will do anything about this. So this problem will not be supported by the carrier or the manufacturer. Buyer beware!
Not in my recommendation
Pros: Good phone for an all day texter.
Full Keyboard. Great battery life. Touch Screen is smooth.
Cons: Terrible service reception everywhere.
Java apps comes on by itself. Phone doesn't ring half the time. No Signature. Phone message ring tones only play for 3 seconds.
