Thank you in advance for reading this. I am posting this to find out more about this phone. I want to know if there are any problems with this. Are there any problems with the hinge, the reception, the buttons, or anything else?

Also, has anyone dropped this phone, if so is the damage serious? I don't beat on my phone but the occasional drop is always possible, and I was wondering what it does to the phone... how is this phone?

When I receive a text from someone, how do I tell it to display their name instead of their number?

It's hard to keep track when you're having a conversation with 5 people when you don't know all the numbers by heart (thank you unlimited texting). Thanks for your help.

can u access the menu from the front screen with the phone closed? I've been looking at verizonwireless.com and it looked like it had the menu options... i got the phone like 4 months ago.. and i was wondering if theres a option or if i can download software to do this.. 😕

Does this phone have a reminder tone for a missed call when the caller does not leave a voice mail message? The reminder tones work for text messages and voice mails but is there one for a plain old missed call? My last phone had that feature and I'm kind of missing it on this one. THANKS!

i recently accidently switched the NAM on my phone and i have it on auto lock when it turns on my last 4 digits dont work and neither does my most recent password i need help badly please hurry

When I receive texts, the sound & vibration only play for less than a second. I went to the Verizon store and got a new phone, and the problem was fixed, but now it's not working again. The sound & vibration work fine on calls, and when I received a text with my phone open while I was trying to send a text.

I recently switched from Sprint to Verizon, and noticed something with the call quality. First off the clarity is better, but I noticed the sound seems to only be there when someone is talking. Meaning if someone is talking to me I can hear them very clearly, and if there is something going on in the background, I can hear it too, like if they were in a restaurant I could hear people talking, and plates banging, but if the person stopped talking to me, there was no noise, no background noise, nothing, until the person talked again then I could hear them, and the background noise again. I also noticed that if someone was talking to me, and I talked over them then the earpiece would shut off until I stopped talking, and then I could hear t...

When I receive a text message I only receive the first 100 characters. Does anyone know a way to increase this limit or even if that is possible?

Has anyone else had an problem or recurring concern with the stability of this phone's hinge?

I own the black version of this phone and have this little issue or rather pet peeve about the front part of the phone being a little loose-feeling (wiggles a little left and right).

I'm not even being nit picky, I just don't want to deal with having the hinge become looser and looser with time. I am thinking of taking it to a VZW store to get it replaced or fixed... But I don't know.

Is there another place I should be going to for this? I love this phone and I am not pointing out any negative issues about it other than this loose-hinge concern.

I dont have the phone yet but can you delete the people that are in your recent text log? Or do they just stay there? I dont care either way, I am just wondering.

Hi, I just got this phone and i love it...except the resolutions i can take pictures at. I want a different resolution because when i send the pics to friends they all complain about how small the pictures are. Is there anyway to change the resoultions i can take pictures at?

I understand this phone has speech to text capabilities. Are you able to use it for text and email messages? I couldn't find anything posted earlier. Thanks for any help.

The other day tried to use my camera.. and noticed some blotches in the viewfinder.... guess I got some dirt or dust in their somehow...... any idea the best way to get that stuff out of there.....

I tired using canned air like you would blow dust off a pc...... nope... didnt change anything.....'

any other ideas?
