Samsung SYNC SGH-A707

Anyone else have trouble with blurry pictures? Even holding very still and it's still blurry. Any suggestions appreciated.

I was thinking about getting this phone.I was wondering if you could get full length song ringtones for the phone.I like to listen to music and like to have my favorite songs as ringtones.I have an samsung x427m right now and you can not get full ringtones.

i was charging my phone and i picked it up to see if it was completely charged and i noticed it wasn't even on? so i tried to turn it on and now it won't turn back on! all it says is SGH-A707 across the screen briefly and then it turns back off again. i am pretty upset because i really love this phone otherwise and i have only had it since feb the 21st... meh.

I am very happy with the A707, but have a couple of questions.

1. Is there a way for my phone to auto-answer when I am using my Bluetooth earpiece? I can set that option up easily with motorola razrs.

2. How do I change ringtone/vibration mode for when I receive email or text messages?

I was playing with my phone at work when a co-worker said they can send a music file to my phone and I can do the same. Well her phone is the Samsung D500 and I was able to get her file no problem. But when I tried to send a song to her from my phone it said sending failed. I have the bluetooth turned on. But no reason as to why? Anybody else has this problem or what am I doing wrong?? Thanks again.

I just purchased the SYNC and really like it. Just wondering does the phone book sync with outlook or does it only sync music. I haven't purchased the cable and software yet, any suggestions where get these items for a good deal. Thanks for the help

I downloaded ringtones, saved the contacts to phone, saved the ringtone in the contacts profile and the phone stills rings with a standard right with ALL calls. What did I do wrong?

i have a 700 series BMW and just purchased the sync, i can sync the phone to the car with no problem. However i have replaced the samsung sync in place of the Razr. The Razr when hooked up to the car would show information on the screen such as contacts call list.... Nothing shows on the screen with the Sync Does anyone have any clue why!!!l I need major help with this issue.

I can't set a shortcut key to go directly to Calendar. I can only set it to go to My Stuff then Applications. Am I missing something ?

okay so..on the commercials for this phone, it says its only $49.99, but when i go on the web site and type in my zip code, it tells me its $149.99. which price is right?

Any idea how to play movie clips? Is there software I can download to install to play movie clips?

Can anyone help with making the annoying keypad tones disappear..... I've tried going into the Profiles (OUtdoors is what I use), but cant get beyond selecting the profile... I cant seem to be able to turn off those annoying keypad tones!

I have gotten on a schools computer phone list. The computer calls a couple dozen times a day. Can I block the number so it does not ring or is not answered by my voice mail

is there any way to use mp3s for the alarm and messaging tone?

I am getting a Samsung A707 soon, and I would like to put music and etc. on it. Should I get a USB cord, a memory card, or both? What are the pros/cons of these things?

I've heard you can just use a memory card directly with a computer... I have a laptop, and I'm not sure if there's a slot for that. Any information on this would be very helpful! thanks!!

I currently have an A707 and am wondering how these compare with the following:

1)Loudspeaker volume. A707 seems really low compared with Nokias I've used before. Is the Nokia better?

2)External display. A707 dims after "x" seconds. Does the Nokia stay lit all the time?

3)Music player. A707 can play songs and you can't do anything else. Nokia as well?

4)Buttons. I'm fine with the A707 buttons but find it somewhat hard to use with one hand because it's so wide. I heard that the Nokia tends to have flimsy buttons. Also heard that the power and camera buttons are in an awkward spot. Are these big issues people have been having with the Nokia?

5)Speakerphone. A707 only works when the phone is open; close it and the call ends. Can ...

For any of you who use this phone, I know this phone is BT capable, but does it also have a standard 2.5mm hands free jack? I'd like to not have to pay the extra for a hands free kit if I purchase this phone. Thanks!

Is it just me or did Samsung blow it big time on this product? I purchased two of these phones and both have the same problem: Intermittent memory contact. Both using 1 GB SanDisk MicroSD memory modules & the socket for memory sucks in that you can press too far or not far enough & does not lock in like the blackjack to let you properly seat it. I an just under 30 days & seriously considering telling Cingular what they can do with their phones! Anyone else having problems with the memory modules dropping out (IE cannot play saved music after having played the day before) ☹️
