Hi, I recently aquired a blackjack, and i am not as phone savvy as most of you here.. my questionis, i keep getting a 'storage full' message, so i purchased a memory card, but i still get the storage full, which prevents me from recieving or sending texts (and i am a text messaging junkie) 🙄 . but the memory card is empty. where do i go to transfer stuff over from storage to the card, or how do i clear out the storage? i looked, but cant figure it out.

I tried to transfer a movie to my phone but it's very choppy. Is there a program that I can use in order to compress the wmv so that it runs smoother on my phone?

Someone recently put a code into my blackjack that keeps the phone on the edge network at all times to save battery life. Is there any way to reverse this?

I've loaded Voice Commander 1.6 on my Black Jack and cannot get the "voice" of the voice commander to work. Phone responds to my voice directions (sometimes) but does not speak to me. Does anyone have any experience with Voice Commander? Are there other alternatives?

I got my BJ 🤭 last week and have it synced to my Exchange Serve for work. So far it has been great except that all weekend long I kept getting reminders popping up for events taking place days later. Even when I dismissed them, they popped back up an hour or so later. Then I noticed that my date had changed on the phone to Feb, 2008. I changed it back but that did not stop the problem.

Any thoughts?

Is there anyway to transfer program files over to the MicroSD? As in have them natively run off of that instead of the blackjack's native storage?

Is there a way to hear the ringtone (default, custom or mp3) through the headset (motorola h700)? I can here it just fine through other phones with no problem but not on the blackjack.

How can I not show email contacts when looking up a phone number?

How do I see only phone contacts or email contacts? It is a pain when I want to look up a phone numbre and have to scroll through 60-70 contacts to find it.

Despite MS saying this doesn't happen:
I live in NY (ET). I make all appts in MS Outlook on my computer, based on real time, wherever the appt may take place: NY, London, Paris, Salt lake etc, as we all do.

When I travel, my phone time updates to local time as it should. But when I do that, my Calendar becomes useless.

For example - In Outlook on my laptop, I enter a play I'm seeing in London Wednesday night at 7.30pm. When I get to London, the date is now in the MS Mobile Calendar, shifted automatically to 12.30am Thursday - 5 hours ahead because I am in London.

On my laptop, nothing changes. I adjust my time to local UK time, but do not use the APPLY button, and my Outlook appts never change.

Does anyone know how to fix this ...

is there a way to change the volume of the ringtone? if there is i cant find it. alls i can find is "earpice volume"

I bought a 2G Micro SD card but once I inserted the card it shows that I don't have a memory card inserted. Should the card click into place? I just pushed the card as far as possible and then the phone recognized it but only then. Do I need to get a new card?

Is there a way to assign a distinctive ring to a contact or listing in my contacts list?

does anyone know if you can upload Mp3's onto the blackjack and then set them as your ring tone. have not had time to play around with it. wanted to see if there was an easy answer. thanks

Has anyone used a third-party calendar software program with their Blackjack, and found it to be useful? I was using Agendus, but it kept freezing up at random times. Plus, I think it probably a better fit for a touch-screen. Anyone had good luck with a calendar program?
