Are you saying that the GSM version is out? Which carrier is offering the phones? AT&T? Cingular? T-Mobile?

The Cingular, GSM version is out and has been for over one week in some markets and over one month as a very limited test in others.

I bought it from a PalmOne retail store, and switched to Cingular there. I also went to a Cingular store and asked about it, but they said they didn't know anything about the rebate for data plans.
